El documental se centra en la vida de cuatro peque\u00f1os productores de las sierras riojanas (ganadero, quesera, panadero y agricultor) y en las reflexiones de expertos en gastronom\u00eda y sociolog\u00eda. A trav\u00e9s de sus historias, el filme aborda c\u00f3mo el consumo consciente puede apoyar la sostenibilidad del mundo rural, resaltando la importancia de elegir productos locales y de calidad.
